This feature is available on WBS 40.8 sites and later.
Hosts and participants can change the video layout any time during the meeting or event.
Grid view is ideal for collaboration because participants can see up to 25 participants at the same time, with up to 6 of those 25 video streams coming from video systems.. It's the default layout for Webex Meetings when no content is being shared.

Stage view displays whoever is speaking in the primary video, while allowing participants to see up to five thumbnail videos of other participants. It's the default layout for Webex Events when no content is being shared.

When content is shared, the default view is Stage view.
Choosing the default video layout doesn't affect the layout on video devices. |

From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Services, and select Meeting. |

Click Sites, choose the Webex site that you want to change the settings for, and then click Configure Site. |

Under the service to change, select Default Options. |
