We’ve enriched your meetings experience in a space. Now, when you join or schedule a meeting in a space, you have access to all the features you’ve come to enjoy in Webex Meetings. You can leverage this new experience in every meeting you schedule or join from here on in.

Before this release, your classic meetings experience was tied to how the meeting was scheduled. The feature set available to you depended on the type of account held by the person who created the space (known as the space sponsor).
We’re removing the concept of space sponsors. Now, only the host's license determines the meeting capabilities, not the license of the space sponsor. If the host has a paid license, then everyone in the meeting gets the full meeting experience.
Any meetings that are already in your calendar, however, will use the classic experience based on space sponsorship and potentially a limited feature set. We encourage you to reschedule those so that you can get the most out of your meetings.
Here's a table to give you a quick summary of what all you're getting in this enhanced experience. These are the features you get if you don't have full-featured meetings. Not sure if you have full-featured meetings or not? Check out this article for more information.
