Change your speaker and microphone settings
If you work in a busy office setting, you can use a headset and personalize your audio options. If you work remotely, you can switch to a speaker or microphone connected to your device. Easily change your default speaker and microphone settings in the agent profile based on your working environment and what works best for you.
Before you begin
Connect external microphones to your system.
