Turn multimedia sharing on or off for your Webex site in Control Hub
Feedback?Site administrators in Control Hub can enable the Multimedia Viewer feature so that users can share websites during a Webex meeting.
Presenters on your site can use the Multimedia Viewer to share web-based multimedia in meetings, events, and training sessions. You can turn this feature on or off for your site.

Sign in to Control Hub, then go to . |

Select Sites, choose your site, then select Configure Site. |

Under Common Settings, select Site Options , then check Allow Multimedia sharing. |
