Enable Multimedia Sharing for Your Webex Site in Control Hub
Site administrators in Cisco Webex Control Hub can enable the Multimedia Viewer feature so that users can share websites during a Webex meeting.
Presenters on your site can use the Multimedia Viewer to share web-based multimedia in meetings, events, and training sessions. You can enable or disable this feature for your site.

From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Services . |

Under Meeting , select Sites , choose your site, and then select Configure Site . |

Under Common Settings , select Site Options , and then check the Allow Multimedia sharing check box. |
