You can restore recordings that have been moved to the trash for up to 30 days. After 30 days, the system permanently deletes the recordings.

From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Services and under Meeting, select Sites.

Select the Webex site you want to change the settings for, and click Configure Site.

Under Common Settings, select Site Options.

Check the Support Recording Auto-Deletion Policy check box.

Enter the number of days a host can access their recordings in the Recording Retention Days field (7-3600 days).

Click Update.
