You can restore recordings that have been moved to the trash for up to 30 days. After 30 days, the system permanently deletes the recordings. |
1 | From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Services and under Meeting, select Sites. |
2 | Select the Webex site you want to change the settings for, and click Configure Site. |
3 | Under Common Settings, select Site Options. |
4 | Check the Support Recording Auto-Deletion Policy check box. |
5 | Enter the number of days a host can access their recordings in the Recording Retention Days field (7-3600 days). |
6 | Click Update. |
