Your call history on Webex Teams synchronizes across the different apps. So, you'll see the meeting you joined from your computer in your mobile call history. But, Webex Teams for Windows and Mac support different types of calls that let you call someone at a phone number, which you won't see in the web or mobile apps.

Go to and select All to see all the calls or meetings you've had or select Missed to filter by the ones you've missed. Hover over an entry and select Call to call right from the call history.

You can see if a call was from someone's work or mobile number, and then call them back at the same number. If there isn't a number under the person's name, it was a Webex Teams call.

Meetings show a Webex address (for example, bsong@<company name>.webex.com) or the name of a space you're in with 2 or more people.

Calls from other people using Webex Teams give you the option to send a message or call them.

But, phone calls from people who aren't using Webex Teams just give you the option to return the call.

Webex Teams supports different types of calls that might let you make and receive basic phone calls to people outside of the app.
