Enable Restrictions for Guests in Team Spaces
When people are added as guests to team spaces, they aren't members of that team. You can prevent these guests from adding and removing participants, changing the space name, and editing space settings.

From the customer view at https://admin.webex.com, go to Services and then click Settings on your Messages card. |

Scroll to Team Guest Restrictions and then toggle Enable restrictions for team guests to on. |
