Allow users to choose an alternate host or a cohost on your Webex site
Only Webex host account holders on your site can be designated as a cohost or alternate host. Meetings and Webinars use the cohost role, while Events (classic) continues to use the alternate host role. For more information, see Cohosts.

| 2 | Scroll to Schedule Meeting Options section, and check any of the following:

| 2 | Click Sites, choose the Webex site that you want to change the settings for, and then click Settings. | 
| 3 | Under Common Settings, select Scheduler. |
