Care Desktop: Add a Comment

Add a comment to create a note on a customer interaction. Each comment displays a timestamp and the name of the agent who made the comment. Comments are specific to each activity. You can add a comment to an activity even if the activity is closed. You cannot share comments across requests or activities.

To add a comment, enter your comment in the comment box and click Send or press Enter.

  

Comments have a 5,000 character limit.

Click the icon to change the size of the comments box. You can also click Show More or Show Less to change the maximum comment length displayed in the comments box.
