To manually remove the Webex desktop client on a Mac:
  1. Drag Webex from the Applications folder to the trash.
  2. Go to Mac HD > Users > User Account > Library > Application Support > Cisco Spark > Webexteams_upgrades / Webexteams_upgrades_arm folder, then drag Webex to the trash.
Note: Users on Intel Macs will see Webexteams_upgrades, and users on Apple Silicon will see Webexteams_upgrades_arm.
  1. Go to Mac HD > Users > User Account > Library > Caches > Cisco-Systems.Spark folder, then Delete the folder, or right-click and select Move to Trash.
  2. Right-click on the Trash bin in the dock and select Empty Trash to permanently delete the Webex application and its related files from your Mac.
After completing these steps, the Webex desktop client should be uninstalled from your Mac. You can restart your computer for any changes to be made.
