Webex SSO passwords from AD are not synchronized with CI with Directory Connector.
User accounts synched with Directory Connector don't work with Common Identity.
Common Identity accounts are not synched with Webex SSO Active Directory users.
Active Directory (AD) passwords are not synchronized to Webex or Common Identity (CI), only account information such as email addresses, and other options configured in Directory Connector are synchronized to Webex or Common Identity (CI). To use AD credentials with Webex, we recommend utilizing a Single Sign-On (SSO) Identity Provider (IdP) such as Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
