Error: HTTP 1.1 Service Unavailable

When attempting to access your Webex site, you receive the error 'HTTP 1.1 Service Unavailable'.

Follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

  1. Clear the cache and cookies on your web browser: Microsoft Edge | Mozilla Firefox | Google Chrome
  2. Reset your local DNS cache
  3. Access your Webex site
This may be due to your Webex site being in the middle of moving to a different cluster (for maintenance/upgrade purposes). During this switchover, the cached DNS entries for your Webex site may temporarily point to incorrect servers which can cause this error.
