    No Records Found when Generating Reports

    No records found when generating reports.

    Error when pulling a meeting usage report.

    Error when generating reports in Site Administration.

    Error: 'Search complete. No records match your search criteria.' when generating reports.

    Solution:

    Reports are generally available within 24 hours of meeting completion. If reports are not available, contact technical support, see: WBX162 - How Do I Contact Webex Customer Services or Technical Support?.
