Why the Share Menu and Content Options are Not Visible to Attendees in Events

By design, attendees do not have access to the Share menu or Share content options in Webex Events. These features are reserved for the Host, Panelists, and Presenter to maintain control over the event.
Only the designated presenter can share content using these options. If an attendee needs to share content, they must first be promoted to a panelist and then assigned as the presenter.
