What is the Webex Session Type 10 and Webex Session Type 14?

What are the Webex session type 10 and 14 associated with?

The Webex Session Type 10 is an Access Anywhere session type, and it is available for Webex Meetings, Events, Training, and Support. Whereas, the Webex Session Type 14 is a SMARTech session type, and is associated with Webex Support.

The above two session codes do not appear on the site overview page but they appear in .CSV exported from the Site Admin/Control Hub and they are managed by CSM from the backend.

It is not possible to add Access Anywhere/Remote Access service via importing a user list with 10 and 14 session types.

A Site Administrator needs to edit the user account and check the ‘Access Anywhere’ box. For Remote Access an administrator can edit the host account, and click the Edit Assigned Computers link to assign specific PCs or groups of PCs to a user. (Note the Remote Access Computers will not be viewable to a host on the Webex site unless they are assigned PCs)
