Attendees are prompted to log in when they navigate to Webex Events on the site.

I'm being prompted to log in to the Webex site even though 'Require login before site access' is disabled.

To resolve this issue, change the default Page:

Change the Default Page for Webex Events in Site Admin:

  1. Sign in to Webex Site Administration, then go to Configuration > Webex Events > Options.
  2. Scroll down to the Default Options section.
  3. Select Join Unlisted Events from the Default Page drop-down.
  4. Select Update.
Change the Default Page for Webex Events in Control Hub:
  1. From the customer view in, go to Services, then select Sites in the Meetings card.
  2. Choose the Webex site to change the settings for, and click Configure Site.
  3. Under Webex Events, select Site Options.
  4. Scroll down to Default Options, then select Join Unlisted Events from the Default Page drop-down.
  5. Select Update.
