Enable Multimedia Sharing for Your Webex Site

Site administrators can enable the Multimedia Viewer feature so that users can share websites during a Webex meeting.

Presenters on your site can use the Multimedia Viewer to share web-based multimedia in meetings, events, and training sessions. You can enable or disable this feature for your site.

1	Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to Configuration > Common Site Settings > Options .
2	In the Site Options section, check the Allow Multimedia sharing check box.
3	Select Update .
