Disable meeting email reminders in Control Hub

You can determine if hosts can send out email reminders for upcoming meetings, webinars, Webex Training sessions, or Webex Events (classic) that are scheduled on a Webex site. Email reminders are enabled by default, and you can turn this off.
This setting doesn't apply to meetings scheduled in Microsoft Outlook.

Sign in to Control Hub, then go to Services.

Under Meeting, select Sites.

Select the Webex site that you want to change the settings for, and then click Settings.

Under Common Settings, select Scheduler and uncheck Allow email reminders for meetings, training sessions, and events.
