Personal Conference Numbers (PCNs) were discontinued as of August 31, 2024. In its place, we have introduced the Personal Room meeting feature in Webex App, which includes all the capabilities of the traditional PCN as well as additional benefits.

These enhancements include the ability to conduct phone-only meetings, the provision of end-to-end encryption for heightened security, and the convenience of a static, permanent Personal Room link for ease of access. For more information, see Webex App | Start a personal room meeting.
