Overview of Flex Usage Reports

The Flex Usage report shows the consumption of all subscribers with their associated license type.

The Flex Usage Report is displayed using the ordering data from Cisco Commerce (CCW), which is processed to UCM services through Atlas, while the license usage is taken from the UC applications. The Service Fulfillment service in the Control Hub sends the order details to Flex service with customer ID, partner ID, order ID, and number of licenses purchased. On verifying the clusters, the Order ID is provisioned in the agents and the Flex service starts collecting the usage data.

The Flex Usage Report has the summary of license usage data in terms of knowledge workers, public spaces, and TelePresence license type, and is generated based on the subscription ID and order details. Use the license details and the compliance status that is displayed in the Flex Usage Report to keep the subscriptions active.
