Install and set up Webex Meetings for Microsoft Teams

Add or Update the Meetings app for yourself

You must install theReunionesapp for yourself, even if it has already been added to your team. The app includes theWebex Meetingsbot. When you install the app and bot for yourself and set your defaultSitio de Webex, you'll be able to use the Webex Meetings messaging extension to share a link to a Webex meeting.

El mensajeReunionesapp will update automatically when new updates are available. You won't have to update theReunionesapp that you install for yourself.

Select More added apps on the left side of Microsoft Teams, and then select More apps.

Search for theWebex Meetingsapp, select the app, and select Add.

In the private chat with theReunionesbot that appears, set the defaultSitio de Webexto use with theReunionesmessaging extension. Tipo site [. EsSitio de WebexURL is usually in the format company.webex.com.

If a team Webex site has been set that's different than your defaultSitio de Webex, the teamSitio de Webexwill be used when you use the messaging extension in that team.

If you want to pin theReunionesmessaging extension to the messaging extensions bar:

Select Messaging extensions.
Right-click theReunionesapp and select Pin.

Add or update the Meetings app for a team

A team owner or team member must add theReunionesapp for a team. The app only needs to be added once for each team.

Tap More apps, search for theReunionesapp and select it.

Select Add to a team from the drop-down menu and then click Add.

If you're using Microsoft 365 and you don't see theReunionesapp in the store, contact your Microsoft 365 Global Administrator.

Add the Webex tab to Microsoft Teams

1	In Microsoft Teams, select Add a tab at the top of the channel.
2	Search for and select theReunionesrenovada If you don't get any search results, make sure that you have version 2.0 or later of theReunionesapp. For more information, see Add or update theReunionesapp for a team.
3	Follow the on-screen instructions and, if prompted, accept the requested permissions.

Set up Microsoft Teams to use Meetings

1	El mensaje Reunionesapp may have already set theSitio de Webexthat your team will use for meetings. To check whether the site has been set, in any Microsoft Teams channel in which theReunionesbot has been added, type `@Webex Meetings site`.

3	If you have a different Sitio de Webexthat you want to use for sharing a meeting URL, go to a private chat with theReunionesapp and type `site [` to set the Sitio de WebexURL for your defaultSitio de Webex. Other members of the team continue to use the team site unless they also set their defaultSitio de WebexURL.
