Add or Update the Meetings app for yourself

You must install the미팅app for yourself, even if it has already been added to your team. The app includes theWebex Meetingsbot. When you install the app and bot for yourself and set your defaultWebex 사이트, you'll be able to use the Webex Meetings messaging extension to share a link to a Webex meeting.

이미팅app will update automatically when new updates are available. You won't have to update the미팅app that you install for yourself.

Search for theWebex Meetingsapp, select the app, and select Add.

If a team Webex site has been set that's different than your defaultWebex 사이트, the teamWebex 사이트will be used when you use the messaging extension in that team.

If you want to pin the미팅messaging extension to the messaging extensions bar:

Add or update the Meetings app for a team

A team owner or team member must add the미팅app for a team. 앱은 각 그룹에 대해 한 번만 추가하면 됩니다.

If you're using Microsoft 365 and you don't see the미팅app in the store, contact your Microsoft 365 Global Administrator.

Add the Webex tab to Microsoft Teams

Set up Microsoft Teams to use Meetings

1	이 미팅app may have already set theWebex 사이트that your team will use for meetings. To check whether the site has been set, in any Microsoft Teams channel in which the미팅bot has been added, type `@Webex Meetings site`.

3	If you have a different Webex 사이트that you want to use for sharing a meeting URL, go to a private chat with the미팅app and type `site [` to set the Webex 사이트URL for your defaultWebex 사이트. Other members of the team continue to use the team site unless they also set their defaultWebex 사이트URL.
