• Dropbox Sign bot

Ensure that everyone on your team remains agile and responsive at a moment's notice, no matter what device they are using! In addition, you can easily setup customizable notifications whenever a new form submission is received.

• Google Tasks bot

  Stay on top of tasks and to-do lists more easily with the Google Tasks bot for Webex App. You can easily create, search, and mark tasks complete from any group or 1:1 space with the bot.

  IMPORTANT: This bot will reach End of Life on December 17th, 2025 after which it will cease to function. For information on creating your own bot with similar functionality, see the following Developer Guide.

• Salesforce bot

• Jira Cloud bot

  Jira helps users plan, track, and manage software development projects. The Jira cloud bot allows you to stay up to date with your Jira projects directly in Webex App.

• Smartsheet bot

  Smartsheet helps users stay organized and communicate throughout projects. The Smartsheet bot helps you stay up to date and quickly make changes to a sheet directly from Webex App.

• Watercooler bot

  The Watercooler bot is the perfect way to encourage team bonding and breaking the ice between teammates. Add the bot to any group space in Webex App and it takes care of the rest, pairing new teammates daily, weekly, or even monthly to keep the conversations going!

• PagerDuty bot

  PagerDuty helps teams all over the world proactively manage and respond to business-critical incidents. When connected to Webex App, users can automate incident management and come together to resolve issues even faster.

• Asana bot

  Asana helps users stay up to date and organized with their projects using real-time notifications. The Asana bot provides the ability to create, update, and search for tasks and subtasks directly from Webex App.

• Notion bot

  Keep teamwork seamless and stay up-to-date with pages in your Notion databases when you link your Notion account. You and your team can interact with the bot in a space to connect a database, then track and share updates to its content. While each space can only be linked to one database at a time, multiple spaces can link to the bot and connect more databases.

• Confluence Cloud bot

  Confluence helps users stay organized with documentation for features, projects, and much more. If you're an administrator for your team's Confluence Cloud instance, you can add the Confluence Cloud bot to Webex App to help your team stay up to date with changes to Confluence pages and blogs.

• Aha! bot

  Aha! is an innovation management platform for product strategy, requirements management, release management, idea capture, and visual roadmaps. This one-way bot can provide updates to ideas, comments, competitors, and goals within Webex App.

• GitLab bot

  Add the GitLab bot for Webex App to your spaces so you can receive notifications and stay in-the-know about changes to your GitLab projects without having to leave Webex App.

• Pipedrive bot

  Add the Pipedrive bot to your spaces to receive notifications and view changes to your deals, pipelines, and organization without leaving Webex App.

• Mailchimp bot

  Add the Mailchimp bot to your Webex App spaces so you can receive notifications and stay in-the-know about your Mailchimp campaigns without having to leave Webex App.

• Beanstalk bot

  f you're a Beanstalk user in Webex App, add the Beanstalk bot and get notifications about changes and updates to your repositories in a Webex space. Once you link your account, message the bot anytime to edit your notifications or connect to another repository.
