Unable to Utilize the "Join Before Host" Feature for the PCN Meeting

Users cannot use the "Join Before Host" feature for Personal Conference Number (PCN) Meetings.
RESOLUTION
Enable the "Join Before Host" option of a Personal Conference Number (PCN) within the Control Hub.
- Sign in to your Control Hub.
- Navigate to Users > Meetings.
- Select the meeting site you want to modify.
- Click on Advanced Settings > Advanced User Settings.
- Select Webex Meetings and checkmark "Allow attendee to join audio portion of Personal Conference before host" option.
- Click Update.
CAUSE
This issue arises when the "Allow attendee to join the audio portion of Personal Conference (PCN) before the host" option is not enabled.
