    ISSUE
When logging into your Webex site, you see the message "Your account does not have access to this Webex site."

    RESOLUTION
Control Hub administrators can follow the steps below to add the Webex Meetings Suite license to the user account:

    1. Log in to Control Hub.
    2. In the navigation menu under Management, Click Users.
    3. Click on the User.
    4. On the Summary tab, scroll down to the Licenses section.
    5. If Webex Meetings Suite (along with the correct site name) is not listed, a license must be assigned to the user.
