Executive and Executive Assistant Feature Access Codes
When the executive assistant service is enabled, the users can enter the Feature Access Codes (FAC) with the phone keypad to control certain services. These FACs work from the primary IP phone assigned to the user.

If the executive's phone number or extension is not provided with the FAC, then the assistant is prompted for the executive's phone number or extension.
