Calling User Portal | Opt-In or Out of the Executive Assistant Service
You can either opt-in when the executive needs your assistance or opt-out when you are not needed.
Before you begin

The executive assistant service must be enabled by your administrator in Control Hub.

You must be assigned to an executive pool through the Calling User Portal.
1 | Go to https://settings.webex.com and select Webex Calling. | ||
2 | From the Calling User Portal, go to . | ||
3 | Scroll to Executive Assistant. | ||
4 | To opt-in to an executive's service, check the box next to the executive in the Executive table. | ||
5 | Click Save.
