Before you begin

  • The executive assistant service must be enabled by your administrator in Control Hub.

  • You must be assigned to an executive pool through the Calling User Portal.

Go to https://settings.webex.com and select Webex Calling.

From the Calling User Portal, go to Call Settings > Additional Features.

Scroll to Executive Assistant.

To opt-in to an executive's service, check the box next to the executive in the Executive table.

Click Save.


 

You can opt in or out of the executive assistant service by entering the respective Feature Access Codes (FAC) with the phone keypad.
