What happens if a partner needs to edit/update the provisioning contact email ID?
You can modify the Provisioning Contact Email in CCW for subscription lines on your order, even after order submission and even for subscriptions which have exceeded the Requested Start Date (RSD) and are awaiting provisioning.
To modify the Provisioning Contact Email on your order:
- Click on the pencil icon at the line level for the Provisioning Contact Email:
- In the Provision Details dialog box, enter the new Provisioning Contact email:
Optionally, you can select the Apply to all lines check box if you would like to cascade the modification to all the lines.
- The updated Provisioning Contact Email will reflect for the order line and a message will describe the changes made (Email has been updated and Provisioning email has been sent to the new Contact).
Click Done to return to the Order.
The updated Provisioning Contact Email will be shown on the order line(s):
