Troubleshooting Network Connections in Cisco Webex Share

If Webex Share is on Ethernet:

  • Ensure the User Device is on the same network

If Webex Share has No Network:
  • Ensure the User Device is Connected to AP
  • Refresh/Reload Page if Reconnect Required

If Webex Share is behind a Proxy:
  • Verify Proxy Configurations
