Error: 'Setup was unsuccessful. Error 107'.

I receive an error 107 when joining into a meeting.

This error message is received when there has been a problem with the decompression phase of the software installation.


Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Uninstall the Webex meeting software, see: 
  2. Reinstall the Webex meeting software manually, see: WBX21270 - How Do I Download the Webex Client?

If you do not have administrator privileges on this computer, refer to your IT/MIS department to assist with this process.
