Using an HDMI cable, connect your laptop to the HDMI port at the bottom of your Cisco Webex Board.


 

When you are sharing a video, you can swipe from the bottom of the board's screen to adjust the volume.

You can stop sharing by selecting Stop sharing.

Connect your laptop to the HDMI or VGA port of your room device with an HDMI cable. Make sure that your laptop or other presentation source is switched on. Your screen is shared automatically. If you're sharing when you're in a call, follow the next steps.

On the Touch controller's home screen, select Share in call.

Minimize or maximize the shared image by selecting the Minimize/Maximize button on the screen.

To stop sharing, tap Share and select Stop sharing.


As specified below, the steps are slightly different for Desk Pro users.

Connect your laptop to the HDMI port of your desk device with an HDMI cable. Make sure that your laptop or other presentation source is switched on. Your screen is shared automatically. If you're sharing when you're in a call, follow the next steps.

On the device's home screen, tap Show PC. You'll see your screen locally. The other participants can't see your screen yet.

On a Desk Pro, tap Sharing options. To view your computer screen locally, tap Preview. The other participants can't see the preview.

Tap Share. Minimize or maximize the shared image (or the preview) by tapping the Minimize/Maximize button on the screen. While your screen is actively shared you'll see an orange border around it.

On a Desk Pro, tap Share in call to share your computer screen.

To stop sharing, tap Stop sharing.
