Choose if participants can share their screens in your meeting
As a host, when you schedule your meeting, you can decide whether participants can share their screens during the meeting.
When enabled for your Webex site, you can allow or prevent users from sharing content during scheduled and Personal Room meetings.
Scheduled meetings

Sign in to your Webex site and select Schedule. |

Select Show advanced options and then Scheduling options. |

Scroll down the page and select Edit attendee privileges. |

Check or uncheck Share content and then click OK. |
Personal Room

Sign in to your Webex site and select Preferences. |

Select the My Personal Room tab and scroll down the page to Share content. |

Check or uncheck Anyone can share content in my Personal Room and click Save. |
