You can assign multiple numbers to a user in a single cell separated with a comma. Prefix the primary number with "PRIMARY|".

You can use the following example:

PRIMARY|123-456-7890,123-215-4876,123-555-5555

When you want to remove a number use the prefix, "REMOVE|" before the number you want to remove from the user.

Before you begin

If you have more than one CSV file for your organization, upload and import each file separately. Wait for each task to complete before moving to the next CSV file.

Export a new CSV to capture the latest fields and avoid errors in the imported changes.

Sign in to Control Hub and go to Users > Manage Users > CSV add or edit.

Click Export to download the file.

Modify the phone numbers in the CSV file.

  • Enter new numbers, beginning with the primary number on the left and the prefix PRIMARY|.
  • Remove a phone number with the prefix REMOVE| in front of the number you want to delete.
    When you want to replace a number in the CSV file, you also need to insert the prefix, "REMOVE|" in front of the old number.
  • Remove all phone numbers with the word REMOVE in place of the numbers.

Click Import, select your file, and click Open.

Click Submit.
