Use these steps to forward your phone calls using Webex Settings user portal or your desk phone.

Choose one of these options:

  • To forward calls using Webex Settings user portal, see: Configure call forwarding.
  • To forward calls using your desk phone, press Forward all and enter the number where you want to redirect your calls.
  • From your conference phone, press Fwd all and enter the number where you want to redirect your calls.

Look for the Forward all icon in the line label on your phone to verify that your calls are forwarded.
