Manage the Machine Account for the Call Detail Record API
You can create a machine account to access the Call Detail Records API in the CCA Portal.
Call Detail Records for Cloud Connected Audio
Users must have access to the Partner API Setting policy in Groups and Users to see the API Settings in the CCA Portal.
We recommend giving access to this policy for only a few users. If a user unintentionally resets their password, this will break the API authentication of your automated scripts.

Sign in to the Webex CCA Portal, go to API Settings, and click Generate. |

Select OK, and then click Acknowledged. Make sure to save the machine account password. Passwords aren't stored in the CCA Portal. |
Reset Password

Select Reset Password. |
Update Notification Email Address
