Reset the Cisco Desk Camera settings
Reset the camera settings using the Cisco Desk Camera App.
A factory reset resets all the settings on the camera to the defaults. If you want to reset some of the settings instead of all, use the Reset button on the corresponding tab on the Cisco Desk Camera app.

Open the Cisco Desk Camera app. |

Click your camera on the My accessories tab to open the accessory settings. |

Click Reset all settings. |
