Check room availability and room schedule with Webex Share
Feedback?A conference room that is installed with a Webex Share device displays a calendar of the meeting schedule for the day.
When you walk into a room that has a Webex Share, look at the TV screen for the calendar.
If you don’t see the TV screen displaying the calendar, then your organization’s
administration has not enabled the feature.
If the top bar of the calendar is blue, that means the room is available. If top bar of the calendar is orange, that means the room is reserved.
The status of a room may change from ‘Available’ to ‘Reserved’ if someone schedules a meeting.
