As a Webex administrator, you can turn Moderated Unmute mode on for people in your organization who have host accounts so they can manage their meetings more directly. You can also choose to set Moderated Unmute mode as the default for your site.
This feature is available for 41.2 sites and later.

Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to . |

Scroll down to Site Options and check the box next to Enable "Moderated unmute mode," which allows the host and cohosts to unmute participants. |

(Optional) Click Turn on "Moderated unmute mode" by default to make Moderated unmute mode the default for your site. |

From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Services and under Meetings, click Sites. |

Select the site you want, then scroll down th window that opens and click Configure Site. |
