2

Under Meeting, select Sites, choose your site, and then select Configure Site.

3

Under Common Settings, select Site Options.

  • (Optional) Automatically link users with this Webex site if their Webex account email address matches their Microsoft 365 email address—Lets Microsoft Teams users start meetings in their Webex Personal Rooms without signing in to a browser, see recently joined Personal Rooms, and view upcoming meetings.

Microsoft 365 Global Administrators or Microsoft Teams Administrators

Before you begin

Team owners and team members can see and install the Webex Meetings app in the Microsoft Teams Store only after the Global Administrator for Microsoft 365 has used the following steps to give permission.

If you have a FedRAMP-authorized Webex site, see Enable the FedRAMP-Authorized Cisco Webex Meetings App for Microsoft 365 to set up the integration.

1

Go to the Microsoft Teams admin center and select Settings > Services & add-ins, and then select Microsoft Teams.

2

For more information, go to Admin settings for apps in Microsoft Teams.

3

Make sure that Allow sideloading of external apps is turned off.

4

Turn on the app by checking the Cisco Webex Meetings check box.

If you're a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator or Microsoft Teams administrator, you can set a Webex site for your entire organization. When you set an organization-wide Webex site, every channel in your organization uses that site if no other site is set. You can still set a different site for yourself or for a team.

1

If there are other Microsoft Teams administrators in your organization, they may have already set a site for your organization. To check whether or not a site has been set, in a private chat with the Cisco Webex Meetings bot, type site org and press Enter.

2

If the Webex site hasn't been set or you want to set a different one, type site org [Webex site URL] and press Enter. Your Webex site URL is usually in the format company.webex.com.

If you want to remove the Webex site as the default for your organization, type site org reset and press Enter.

1

In Microsoft Teams, select Add a tab Add a tab icon at the top of the channel.

2

Search for and select the Cisco Webex Meetings app.

If you don't get any search results, make sure that you have version 2.0 or later of the Webex Meetings app. For more information, see Add or Update the Cisco Webex Meetings App for a Team.

3

Follow the on-screen instructions and, if prompted, accept the requested permissions.

4

Click Consent on behalf of your organization in the permission request window so that each person in your organization doesn’t have to accept the requested permissions individually.

Microsoft 365 Global Administrators or Microsoft Teams administrators can use these organization-wide commands with the Webex Meetings app.

The site org commands don't open the commands menu. Type the full commands to use them.
