Configura push-to-talk per utenti e spazi di lavoro
Consenti a utenti specifici di trattare i propri telefoni da tavolo come un interfono a una via o a due vie.
La conversazione push-to-talk consente di connettere gli utenti nelle diverse parti della propria organizzazione. Ad esempio, è possibile creare un elenco di rappresentanti dell'assistenza clienti che possono chattare con Jim nel nostro cellulare utilizzando la funzionalità push-to-talk sui propri telefoni. In questo modo, i rappresentanti possono chattare rapidamente con Jim su elementi come inventario e pianificazioni di consegna.
Configure push-to-talk for users

Sign in to Control Hub, and go to . |

Go to the Between-user permissions section and then choose Push-to-Talk. |

Check Auto answer calls to allow this user's phone to automatically answer the push-to-talk calls. The auto-answering works only with the primary device of the user. |

From the drop-down, choose your Allowed or Blocked lines list and then click Save. Let people in the allowed list know that they can use their desk phone to communicate with users that have push-to-talk enabled. They can press *50 and then enter the extension of the user they want to use push-to-talk with. |

Go to the Workspace permissions section and then choose Push-to-Talk. |
