Помощник может делать, отвечать на вызовы, перехватывать и маршрутизовывать вызовы соответствующим образом от имени руководителя.
Forward your executive assistant calls

The executive assistant service must first be enabled by your administrator.

The executive must assign you to their assistant pool.

Sign in to User Hub, then click . The Calling option is available only for users with the Webex Calling license. If you don’t see the Calling option, it means you don’t have the Webex Calling license. |

Go to Executive Assistant section and turn on the toggle. |

Enter the phone number to which the calls to be forwarded in the Set phone number field and check the Forward filtered calls check box. |

Opt in or out of executive assistant service

To opt in to an executive assistant service, check the Opt-in check box of the executive in the table. If you want to opt out of the executive assistant service, uncheck the Opt-in check box. |

Щелкните Сохранить. Чтобы согласиться или отказаться от использования службы помощника руководителя, можно ввести соответствующий код доступа к функции (FAC) с помощью клавиатуры телефона.
