Error: You've entered an incorrect email address or password

ISSUE
When logging into your Webex site, you receive the error 'You've entered an incorrect email address or password'.
RESOLUTION
Click Forgot Password. Webex will send a 6-digit code to your email address. Enter the 6-digit code on the screen and you will be able to set a new password. If you're trying to log in via the Webex App, login here and click the Forgot Password link.
CAUSE
This error message is caused by entering an incorrect email and password combination.
