    Clear Cache and Cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer

    Clearing the cache and cookies can help with Webex issues such as starting/joining meetings, logging into your Webex site, or your Webex site data not loading correctly. Continue reading to learn how to clear the cache and cookies in your Internet Explorer browser.

    1. Open Internet Explorer.
    2. In the upper-right corner of Internet Explorer, click the (Tools) icon, then select Internet options.
    3. Click the Delete... button in the Browsing history section.
    4. Select only the options for Temporary Internet files and Cookies.*
    5. Click Delete.
    6. Close all Internet Explorer windows.
    If the Webex site has been saved as a favorite, you must de-select Preserve favorite website data.
