On the Webex site, go to Webex Support > Support > Downloads > Remote Access Agent

Select the MSI Installer link.

Save the Remote Access manual installer on the computer.

The filename is atsmt.msi.

Using your software distribution solution, do the following:

  1. Download the atsmt.msi file.

  2. Create the following registry key:

    For 32 Bit:

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WebexSilentInstaller]

    For 64 Bit:

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\WebexSilentInstaller]

    SilentSiteURL=yourcompanywebsite

    GroupID=0

    Name=nameofcomputer

    Alias=aliasofcomputer

    ProxyUser=Proxyserverusername

    ProxyPassword=Proxyserverpassword

    SystemTrayIcon=0

  3. In the command prompt, go to the folder where the atsmt.msi file was downloaded, and then run the following command:

    msiexec /i atsmt.msi /qb

The Remote Access Agent logs the remote computers in to the Remote Access network.

The Webex Remote Access - Available icon appears on the taskbar of each remote computer.

The computers, represented by the computer icon on the Manage Groups page, appear in the Root group, and become available for remote access.
