Mac O365 users are unable to edit an existing Webex Meeting appointment.

Mac Outlook v16.23+ users still display the "Add Webex Meeting" icon after editing a scheduled meeting.

Mac Outlook still shows the 'Add Webex Meeting' icon after editing a scheduled meeting while using the Webex Desktop App v39.5.1

Note: This article applies to Webex Business Suite (WBS) 39.5.1 and later.

    Description

The Webex desktop app (Productivity Tools) cannot recognize the meeting on Mac Outlook 16.23+ for O365 users; the ribbon still displays the 'Add Webex Meeting' icon after editing an existing meeting.

    Supported OS/Version

    Mac OS 10.14+
    Mac Outlook 16.23+ for O365

    Workaround:

The Cisco Webex Site Administrator must link the user's Webex accounts to their Microsoft Office 365 accounts and authorize the Webex service in order to get the Webex meeting information from Office 365 exchange.

    See the following:

    • Deploy and Configure the Cisco Webex Meetings Scheduler for Microsoft Office 365
    • Configure Third-Party Integrations for a Webex Site in Cisco Webex Control Hub
