Change your dial number or extension
If you're assigned multiple phone numbers, you can easily change your dial number or extension when you're signed into Webex Contact Center Desktop.
Before you begin

You must be signed in.

You can’t have any active tasks, ongoing monitoring tasks, interactions, or incoming task requests.

In Select your telephony option, choose one of the following:
