Site administrators can manage recordings for their site to help optimize available storage. For example, you can search for and delete recordings according to specific criteria. When the owner of a recording leaves your organization, you can also reassign them to a new user.
Search for Recordings to Manage
Use the search options to locate recordings—even recordings that were moved to the trash bin.

Under Meeting, select Sites, choose your site, and then select Configure Site. |

Under Recordings, select Recording Management. |

Filter the recording location by choosing Recordings or Trash. |

Use the search options to specify the criteria for your search. You can search for recordings by Name, File Size, or Owner. For recordings that are not in the Trash, search by the Date Created or the date the file was Last Accessed. |

Select Search. |
Delete Recordings
A recording that was moved to the trash is available to restore for up to 30 days. After 30 days, the system automatically deletes the recording.

Under Recordings, select Recording Management. |

Choose Recordings, and then search to find the recordings that you want to delete. |

Check the corresponding check boxes for the recordings that you want to delete. |

Select Move to Trash. |
Restore Recordings
You can restore a recording that was moved to the trash for up to 30 days. After 30 days, the system automatically deletes the recording.

Permanently Delete Recordings
You can permanently delete selected recordings from the trash, or empty the trash to delete them all. Deleting recordings frees up extra storage space.

Select Trash, and then search to find the recording to permanently delete. |

Check the corresponding check boxes for the recordings that you want to permanently delete. |

Click Delete. To permanently delete all recordings, click Empty Trash. |
Reassign a User's Recordings to Another Webex Account

Under Meeting, select Sites, choose your site, and then select Configure Site. |

Under Recordings, select Recording Management. |

Choose Recordings, and search to find the recording that you want to reassign to a different account. |

Check the check box next to the desired recording, and select Reassign. |

On the Reassign Owner page, search for and select the new owner of the recordings, and then select OK. |
