As you browse through your messages in Cisco Jabber, you can flag important messages so you can follow up on them later or keep them as a reference. Items that you flag are added to the Flags filter and sorted by the date you flagged them.

Hover over the message and click on the flag  You can see the messages you've flagged by filtering them in the Chats tab.  Click on the flag |
