You can choose the position of the video for the active speaker in downloaded MP4 meeting recordings. This setting applies to recordings from Webex Meetings and Webex Events. This setting does not apply to the Webex Advanced Recording Format (ARF) format.

This feature must be enabled for your site.

From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Services .

Under Meeting, select Sites, choose your site, and then select Configure Site.

Under Common Settings, select Site Options, and then choose one of the following options for the speaker's video position:

  • Inside Frame—The video appears in the top right corner and overlaps the meeting screen.

  • Outside Frame—The video appears to the top right of the meeting screen, with no overlap.
